The SBDC Maximum Series provides small business owners with the tools and resources they need to develop business strategy and improve performance. The series is a community based learning environment with fast-paced sessions that include outside speakers, interactive exercises and group activities.

By design, the SBDC Maximum Series helps to strengthen relationships with resource partners and participants in the hosting community. Attendees have the opportunity to engage in voluntary, private counseling sessions with an SBDC consultant to discuss participants’ specific business issues and challenges.

Challenged with HR decisions? The five-week Maximum People Series offers business owners and leaders an opportunity to examine complex issues surrounding the hiring process. Under the direction of a trained SBDC expert, attendees will explore the components of hiring practices that result in an employee best fit scenario. Course sessions include discussion on how to keep a good employee productive and happy.

The Maximum Retail Series provides store owners with tools and resources to develop a 12 month targeted marketing plan. Discussion includes cross-platform marketing (known as Multi-channel marketing) which explores the seamless retail shopping experience between online and in store shopping – integrating the brick and mortar experience with the use of digital technology.

The final outcome in a successful buying relationship is customer satisfaction – one that fosters repeat business, good will and most importantly, word of mouth recommendation. Participants in the Maximum Courses are provided with the tools to develop a marketing strategy that creates customer loyalty as well as brand preference.
