Prior to joining the SBDC, Kyle Hensel held various management positions within the retail industry including Wal-Mart and several other large and small retailers. He also was an instructor at Georgia Southern University where he taught courses in the areas of marketing, retailing, and management. He also has consulted with many for profit and not for profit companies and associations. His interests are in the areas of retailing, marketing, market research, advertising and logistics.

Alisa Kirk worked for the Center for Instructional Development at Clayton State University prior to joining the SBDC. She has a varied work experience which includes customer service, accounting, and management positions for small businesses, large corporations, and the state and federal governments. She has been actively involved in the accounting and database maintenance for her family’s small business. Her areas of interest include budgeting and data management, supply chain management, and alternative energy/sustainable resource utilization..
