Bruce has over 7 years of hands-on experience as a General Manager, COO and President, running small and medium-sized distribution businesses, as well as 5 years managing large retail operations.  He also applies 18 years of management experience in customer service, marketing, logistics and operations from large manufacturing corporations such as Compaq Computers to the small business arena.  He is a frequent speaker at conferences and professional seminars such as Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and APICS. To support his network of business colleagues, he previously founded a small business advisory group and a retail logistics operations improvement group.
