Penny started her journey at UGA in 1993 in Telephone Services, where she worked for six years. She then worked for BB & T Bank as a Bank Teller for four years, before deciding UGA was where she really wanted to be. She came back to UGA to work for the Small Business Development Center in 2003 in the Business Office, where she enjoys working with her SBDC colleagues.
