This Continuing Education Business Class is offered by UGA SBDC at GSU for Homecare Business Owners and Operators that need assistance with running a Homecare business and want to enhance their knowledge of how to manage it. This three hour, one day, class will offer basic business training skills in the areas of Organizational Development, Marketing, Finance and Compliance. Most home care companies are started by nurses and healthcare professionals that focus a great deal on patient care, but don’t have the fundamental business skills to run a business. This program will be targeted to this industry and offer basic business training skills by SBDC professionals.
