Presenter: Andy Fried, Business Consultant, UGA Small Business Development Center at KSU
Andy Fried has over twenty-five years experience in the financial, retail and real
estate sectors. He began his career as a CPA with Laventhol and Horwath in New York. In 1984, Mr. Fried became owner and President of a retail business with locations throughout the New York tri-state area. Andy sold his retail interests and moved to Atlanta where he became an owner, manager and agent of commercial real estate properties.
He received the 2012 UGA SBDC Consultant of the Year and the 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 UGA SBDC Flewellen Award for Consulting Excellence. Andy holds a M.B.A, Accounting, University of Rochester and a B.A., Economics, Hobart & William Smith Colleges. He is a CPA, QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor and national presenter on topics including: cash flow, financial management; strategy; and pricing.
