Sales is a Process not an Event: Foundations in Sales This class will assist a new business owner with learning the basics of business selling. Fears associated with the sales process will be discussed and strategies to overcome this problem presented. Students will have an introduction to the primary elements of a business with an effective sales team. Topics that will be presented include understanding the importance of the difference in features and benefits of the product. Participants will understand how the interrelation of features and benefits drive a purchase decision. Participants will be introduced to the primary sales channels utilized by successful sales teams. The three primary organizational sales strategies and how each strategy attempts to differentiate the business from its competition and drive increased sales.
