Coming in 2016, participants can begin a five week series of courses/workshops to elevate your business through better customer service.
Maximum Service Course Overview
The learning objectives for the participants in Max Service are to familiarize them with the basics of customer service and provide positive outcomes in the customer service experience in many settings – retail, telephone, online, community, etc. The sessions also alert participants to the value of the customers retained and the cost of the customers lost – and provides them with viable tools to help calm and placate difficult and/or disgruntled customers.
The Series also covers how diversity, personality, situation, dysfunctional processes and other factors can create problems and situations not conducive to a customer centric environment. The Audience for Max Service targets any business that has customers, business to business, business to consumer, or internal customers. Participants will learn methods to correct poor habits and create a new, customer-friendly experience. Coming to Waynesboro, GA beginning March 2, 2016 each Wednesday through March 30, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Burke County Library.
