UGA SBDC clients may be selected to participate in an annual survey designed to evaluate SBDC’s products and services. Current and former SBDC clients agreed to be contacted in the “SBDC Client Consulting Disclaimer” section 11 of the Form 641. If you are selected as a survey participant, you will be contacted via email or SMS with the contact information you provided.
