Attendees will leave with an understanding of the key factors associated with acquiring a loan including what makes them attractive to a financial institution as a small business loan client.

The discussion will cover details associated with making a case for a loan, including:

• Putting your “ask” (your story) together in a compelling form for review
• Your credit score and how to manage for a better score
• Capital and collateral required.
• Your projections and the capacity of your business to generate enough cash to pay back the loan

We will also cover traditional and no-traditional options on how to finance a start-up or growing business options including:

• Bank loans
• SBA guaranteed loans
• Non-traditional lenders
• Private investors
