Troy Vollenweider

Prior to joining the UGA SBDC, Troy previously held financial and operational positions in commercial banking, small business management and healthcare administration.  His commercial banking background covers almost 15 years of commercial lending, real estate lending, and mortgage warehousing.   Troy's small business management experience includes work in real estate/property management with traditional and government-subsidized housing.  In 2004, he completed the Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) designation requirements with the National Affordable Housing Management Association.  With his broad business background, Troy enjoys working with small businesses to help them reach their full potential.

Jennie Dodd

Jennie Dodd joined the team in November of 2020 as the Program Coordinator at the UGA SBDC at the University of West Georgia in Carrollton. Prior, she spent three years serving at the UWG Baptist Collegiate Ministries, where she developed her skills in mentoring, marketing, fundraising, communicating and administering. Jennie also worked as the Image Specialist at American Document Securities. She has traveled the globe and has a passion for helping others.

Todd Anduze

Todd Anduze Prior to joining the Georgia SBDC, Todd Anduze served in the United States Navy during the Desert Storm campaign as a Plane Captain for the A-6 Intruder. After service, he worked for four years as a warehouse manager for WAWD-EAP. He then spent 12 years as a manager in the mining industry for Lafarge North America. He was involved in numerous projects including the “Big Dig” in Boston Massachusetts, and the runways at Dobbins Airforce Base and Hartsfield International Airport in Georgia.   During this time he earned his degrees and eventually became an accountant for Jack F. Gamel, CPA. As an accountant, he provided tax services and financial advice and planning to businesses. Todd utilizes his experiences in the military, retail and manufacturing environments, and accounting services to promote the UGA SBDC.
