The Coca-Cola Company Supplier Development Institute (C3SDI)

Description

The UGA SBDC at GSU is partnering with The Coca Cola Company Global Supplier Diversity Team to host the Supplier Development Institute (C3SDI). It is designed for executives of established and professionally managed small businesses who are close to or currently providing services to large corporations or government agencies.

Classes are scheduled for four, full-day sessions, over 5 months. Business owners will learn to analyze and manage their business like a seasoned CEO. The program consists of 28 hours of class time covering key areas of business growth, including:

  • Supply Chain Essentials
  • Strategic Planning for Capacity Building and Growth
  • Marketing, Sales, and Business Development
  • Financial Management
  • Contract and Performance Management
  • Executive Coaching for Personal and Professional Development

Business Consultants, subject matter experts and TCCC supply chain and supplier diversity executives will add insights to the topic of the day.

Additionally, each attendee will have the opportunity to work 1-on-1 with a UGA SBDC at GSU Business Consultant to assist them to implement the best practices learned in the sessions. The expected outcome for this program is that these companies are better positioned to provide their products and services to large corporations or government entities.
